Bring in your cards to Cool Stuff Games – South Orlando to have a buyer create and process a Sell List for you! No need to preemptively make a Sell List where our buyer can conveniently do it for you~

Manual Service Selling FAQ

 

  • What is Manual Service Selling?

 

Manual Service Selling is a service we are offering in store on select days of the week where you can come in and sit with a buyer with your unsorted cards and the buyer will create and process a Sell List for you without you having to do any additional work.

 

  • What is the difference between Manual Service Selling and doing the buy at home/in-store?

 

Convenience. This process will take away the need for you to sort through each individual item, list them, organize them, and create the sell. Our buyer will be doing this entire process for you while also processing the buy.

 

  • Is there a limit on how many items i can bring in?


To make sure that the process proceeds smoothly, we are currently limiting the amount of individual items to 4,000 per person.


  • Which games is this service offered for?

 

Our Manual Service Selling is available for every game and miniature that is currently on the coolstuffinc.com Sell List Located here: https://www.coolstuffinc.com/main_selllist.php

 

  • What types of products do you accept?

 

We only accept English cards/Miniature Cards . Please do not include non-English cards in your submission, as they will not be accepted and will be returned.

 

  • Is there a service fee? 

    We’re thrilled to offer our Manual Service Selling with no service fees on any collection, big or small. This means that you receive the exact value for your items that the buyer has provided, making us the only company in the industry offering this exceptional benefit

 

  • What happens to items that are not on the sell list? 

    Items that are not on the current sell list will be offered at a bulk rate if there is one available. Otherwise, the items will be returned.

  • How long does the process take? 

    The process will depend on the amount of items that are needed to go through but ideally will be done while you wait.

     

  • What if I want my items returned/to cancel the sell?

 

Before the sell is completed, you are able to cancel the sell at any time without any penalty.

 

  • When can I select my payment type?

 

After the buyer has completed creating the sell list and evaluated the condition of the items, you can choose your payment type (Cash [limit $300.00], Check, or 25% bonus in store credit/gift certificate). Your payment type may also be split into multiple forms of payment (Cash + Check, Cash + Credit, etc.)

 

  • When will I receive payment for my cards through the Manual Sell Service program?

 

Payment is available as soon as the sell list has been processed by the buyer.

 

  • Can I receive individual item prices?
