Whether you are a veteran of Magic or a new player, our Open House event is available for you!
Open House is the primary space where new-to-Magic players can come and learn how to play Magic: The Gathering in a social environment! Welcome Decks make a triumphant return beginning with Duskmourn: House of Horror! These 30-card decks can be provided to new players during events such as Open House or for walk-in demos any time. There are two decks in each box; one in an indicated color, and the other a random one of the five mana colors in Magic. After the demo experience, the new player can take home this promotional deck free-of-charge to continue their Magic journey!
This event will be running all day so bring a friend and come out and soak in the experience!
Promotional card is not announced for this event yet but there will be one given out for each new player!

OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK:
Outside Food and Drink is welcomed. However, we do ask that guests clean up after themselves and keep Food and Drink away from games in progress.
RULES QUESTIONS:
At any point in the game, a player may call a judge for assistance with a ruling or interaction. The judge will not be able to issue you any advice about the game state or what decisions you should make.
TRADING:
While trading is fine, please note that buying/selling items with anyone other than Cool Stuff Games staff (or soliciting to do so elsewhere) is against both our rules and the law. Doing so may result in both the buyer and the seller being removed from the property, both being permanently banned from returning and/or the police being notified.
Cool Stuff Games also reserves the right to limit the amount of space being occupied by any one individual while trading, and does not allow the use of suitcases, handcarts, luggage carts, etc. to be used for the purpose of transporting excessive amounts of trade stock.
