Date: Saturday, January 19th, 2025 Doors Open: 11:00 AM Registration Closes: 11:55 AM Tournament Begins: 12:00 PM Entry: $14 (plus tax) Format: Core Constructed
Prize Structure: 1st Place receives an exclusive Champion playmat featuring Scar – Heartless Hunter, 2nd Place receives a non-Champion variant of the Scar – Heartless Hunter playmat, and Top 8 each receive 1 alternate art Scar – Heartless Hunter promo card; 2 Lorcana Azurite Sea booster packs per entrant into the prize pool
Tournament Structure: 55 minute Best-of-3 Swiss rounds based on the number of entrants with a Best-of-3 single-elimination Top Cut (if applicable); Top 8 and Top 4 single-elimination rounds are 70 minutes (Finals are untimed)
(Distribution of prize support is at the discretion of the manager on duty)

Please keep the following in mind as you prepare –
A MELEE.GG ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED; while we will be able to assist you in creating a melee.gg account during the registration and check-in process in-store, we strongly encourage you to have one prepared to expedite the process
ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING; a Deck that meets the current Core Constructed format criteria (sleeved, in good condition), a melee.gg account in good standing, and any and all supplies required to play as determined by the deck you will be playing (tokens, dice, lore counter/pad, pen, and so on)
REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 11:55 AM; Please give yourselves plenty of time to arrive and confirm your registration before our registration and check-in stations close. Illumineers not in line for registration before it closes may instead register late and will begin the event with a Round 1 loss.
RULES QUESTIONS: If you have any rules questions or need assistance with game interactions, don’t hesitate to call a judge for guidance. Please note that judges cannot provide advice on game decisions.
TRADING: While trading is allowed, please remember that buying or selling items with anyone other than Cool Stuff Games staff is against our rules and the law. Violations may result in removal from the property and permanent bans.
Cool Stuff Games reserves the right to manage trading space and restrict the use of certain items (e.g., suitcases, carts) for transporting excessive trade stock.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
Keep food and drinks off the tables unless signage says otherwise. Respectful behavior is essential; no horseplay, roughhousing, or foul language. Report lost or unattended items to a Cool Stuff Games staff member.
